We are proud to announce the release of the first US Representations and Warranties Insurance Market Report. As Reps & Warranties insurance becomes a staple in M&A transactions and a proliferating business for insurance markets, the time has come for a more complete view of the marketplace for this coverage. This report includes relevant data from the vast majority of insurers that were writing US risks in 2016. Based on estimates, this captured roughly 85% of all transaction data. A report of this breadth has never been available before.
